Abaco Mobility joined the management of the parking charges areas in the city centre of Pula and the seaside resort area.
Technology and services will simplify the management of the available spaces, for both citizens and visiting tourists,
while respecting this territory that is full of panoramic sights and cultural assets.
The two areas object of the regulation have differential conditions of payment.
City Centre
Parking schedules :
monday to friday: from 9am to 1pm – 4pm to 8pm
saturday, sunday and holidays: from 10am to 1pm – 4pm to 8pm
Applied hourly rates :
€ 0,20 for 20 minutes
€ 0,30 for 30 minutes
€ 0,50 for the first hour
€ 1,00 for the second hour
€ 1,50 for the third hour and for each subsequent hour
Payment methods :
The APPs identify the parking area and the rates after inserting the license plate number.
It is mandatory to clearly display the ticket of the payment if it’s done at the parking meter.
It is possible to prolong or terminate the parking at any moment.
Bathing area
Parking schedules :
from 8am to 8pm
Applied hourly rates :
The payment foresees different hourly rates for “residents” and “non-residents”.
Residents (with PASS clearly displayed)
€ 0,30 per hour
€ 2,00 daily rate
Non residents
- Su Guventeddu , Is Figus, ex Dolis:
€ 0,50 per hour from Monday to Friday
€ 1 per hour Saturday, Sunday and holidays
€ 2,50 half a day (from 8am to 2pm – from 2 pm to 8pm)
€ 4 daily rate - Loc. Nora e Loc. La Pineta:
€ 1 per hour from Monday to Friday
€ 1,50 per hour Saturday, Sunday and holidays
€ 4 half a day (from 8am to 2pm – from 2 pm to 8pm)
€ 6 daily rate

There are 80 free parking lots reserved for residents. To benefit from these discounts, it is necessary to display the Resident Pass (Area ex Dolis, Loc. La Pineta, Loc. Is Figus , Loc. Su Guventeddu).
Resident pass released since 2020 will be valid also for 2023.
There are 46 free parking lots reserved for people with disabilities.
People exempted from paying
- People with disabilities in possession of the pass;.
- Vehicles of the Armed Forces, Firefighters, Civil Defense, Ambulances, and vehicles of the Municipality while carrying out institutional duties vehicles of the Municipality used for carrying out institutional duties.. ;
- Electric motor vehicle. The authorization may be requested by this form (for the ones who have this pass from 2021, the pass is valid also for 2023).
DOWNLOAD FORMS
Owners of passes released since 2020 don’t have to ask for a new pass because they will be valid in 2023.
